Experience with QuickShip and UPS Ship Manager is required, with strong attention to detail and multitasking. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus medical/dental/vision, PTO, sick days, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years shipping/receiving experience in warehouse environment.
• Experience using shipping software (QuickShip, UPS Ship Manager) required.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, vendors and internal departments.
• Experience verifying shipments against packing lists and PO's.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Utilize shipping software to process shipments, generate labels, and track deliveries.
• Verify outbound shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping docs for accuracy.
• Receive inbound shipments and update inventory records.
• Mentor warehouse associates on shipping procedures and best practices.
• Monitor shipping supply inventory and coordinate replenishment.
• Generate shipping/operational reports for management review.
