Job summary

MVA Industrial Supply in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a dependable Lead Shipping Associate to manage daily shipping/receiving operations. You will lead, mentor, and coordinate activities to ensure accurate, timely shipments while maintaining carrier relationships and safety standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to train and support warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday schedule with on-site work.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse.
• Experience using shipping software (QuickShip, UPS Ship Manager) and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Process shipments, generate labels, and track deliveries using shipping software.
• Verify outbound shipments against packing lists and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Receive inbound shipments and update inventory records.
• Mentor and support warehouse associates on shipping procedures and systems.
• Research and resolve shipping errors and transportation issues.
