ABC Imaging is seeking a Shipping Manager to oversee outbound shipments and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The role requires strong organization, communication, and computer skills, with hands-on experience in shipping systems and Excel.

Responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, maintenance of address books and databases, tracking shipments, and resolving issues to keep production timelines on track.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a logistics/shipping role.
• Proficient with shipping systems and Excel.
• Experience with FedEx/UPS/DHL software.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage shipments with carriers.
• Maintain and update address books, client lists, and databases.
• Verify shipments align with fulfillment schedules and production timelines.
• Track and manage inventory of shipping materials.
• Monitor outbound shipments and delivery status.
• Resolve issues such as address errors, delays, or customs docs.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment and Production to ensure shipping readiness.
• Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and packaging standards.
