Job summary

TDK-Lambda Americas in Neptune, NJ is seeking a Shipping Lead to assign tasks, coordinate packing and ensure accurate, safe shipment of products to customers. You will oversee pick lists, verify part numbers, enter weights and carrier details, and maintain shipping documentation.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a High School diploma, and basic computer skills (Windows). Hoist and forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and to use MS Windows-based interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Generate pick lists throughout the day to maximize shipments.
• Verify part number and serial number when packing to ensure accuracy.
• Enter weights, dimensions and carrier details into ERP and pick lists.
• Maintain packing materials, equipment, logs and rosters; prepare shipping labels.
• Communicate with carriers, coordinate domestic and international shipments, and ensure compliance with terms.
