Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor to lead distribution associates onsite, directing daily activities with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping. You will perform audits, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal/external customers to ensure timely completion of work.

The role requires hands-on floor presence, participation in pre-shift meetings, and leadership during shifts to resolve technical, quality, and logistics issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent; prior leadership experience and WMS knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution associates through daily activities with emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Perform process audits to ensure compliance with documented procedures.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings to share information and staffing needs.
• Provide feedback to supervisor on associates’ performance, behavior and attendance.
• Oversee shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
