Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in material handling, warehouse ops or production logistics.
• Proven supervisory experience with ability to develop team members.
• Strong Kanban and supermarket management knowledge.
• Solid inventory control and material flow understanding.
• Deep knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong cross-functional communication.
• Ability to lift/move materials regularly.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate material handler team across the shift.
• Oversee Kanban signals and replenishment from warehouse to line-side areas.
• Monitor inventory, cycle counts, labeling, and documentation.
• Enforce 5S standards and drive API-like process improvements.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate issues to next shift lead and management.
• Ensure safety protocols and incident reporting are followed.
