ABB Inc. in Mebane, NC is seeking a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager-level candidate to lead warehouse and shipping operations, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

You will supervise daily activities, optimize inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will implement process improvements, maintain equipment efficiency, and develop high-performing teams on site in North Carolina, reporting to the Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management (leadership role).
• Degree in business administration, supply chain, or operations management (or equivalent).
• Passion for process optimization, team leadership, safety compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and shipping operations to drive operational excellence.
• Supervise daily activities, manage inventory, ensure safety and quality standards.
• Implement process improvements, maintain equipment efficiency, develop teams.
• Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes.
