Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead distribution associates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include directing daily activities, conducting audits, and maintaining efficient workflow.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor and effective communication with internal and external customers. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years in distribution, leadership experience, and WMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced distribution environment with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior leadership experience and WMS knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, warehouse systems, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead communicates and direct distribution associates through daily activities focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
• Perform process audits to ensure compliance to documented procedures.
• Hands-on participation with floor presence to direct the flow of daily activities and movement of associates for efficiency.
• Capture daily performance activity to determine methods to increase performance.
• Monitor system and communicate with internal/external customers to ensure timely work completion.
• Attend and assist with Pre-Shift meetings to share safety, quality, daily plans, and staffing needs.
• Provide feedback to supervisor regarding associates’ performance and attendance.
• Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
• Other duties as requested by management.
