Job summary

Brooks Automation in Fremont, CA is seeking a Shipping / Materials Coordinator to help accelerate our growth journey. You will coordinate shipments, manage materials, and support warehouse operations.

The role requires 3+ years in material handling, familiarity with ERP and Oracle Cloud, and strong attention to detail. We offer a base salary range, a discretionary bonus, and comprehensive benefits with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a material handling role in a warehouse setting.
2+ years of processing shipments in an ERP system experience preferred.
2+ years of Oracle experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Process and coordinate shipments, both domestic and international, using Oracle Cloud.
Act as backup shipping resource, becoming the primary shipping resource as needed.
Utilizes knowledge of receiving, distribution, and packaging equipment to perform materials handling tasks.
Uses judgment to determine location and storage of items, packaging methods, and release of materials.
Works in a team setting to support department goals and objectives.
Perform physical and administrative tasks in shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
Coordinate and execute special projects as required by the Department; conduct daily cycle counts.
Ensure internal shipments/kitting is accurate and damage-free.
