Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Shipping / Materials Coordinator for an onsite contract in Fremont, CA. The role coordinates domestic and international shipments using Oracle Cloud and supports receiving, storage and distribution activities.

You will maintain logs, perform cycle counts, and assist with packaging, labeling and shipping records while working with a safety-conscious team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of material handling experience in a warehouse.
• 2+ years of processing shipments in ERP systems.
• 2+ years of Oracle experience preferred.
• Basic math and PC skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate shipments domestically and internationally using Oracle Cloud.
• Serve as backup shipping resource and primary shipping resource as needed.
• Handle material receiving, distribution and packaging equipment tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods and shipping charges.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Unpack, inspect and logs goods against PO/invoices; reject damaged items.
