Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Accuracy - handle purchase orders, return authorizations, delivery notes and other shipping docs.
• Shipping & Logistics - direct movement of shipments; schedule inbound/outbound loads and log vehicles.
• Communication & Collaboration - provide updates to carriers and customers; coordinate with internal teams.
• Technology & Process Improvement - use SAP to print pick lists, confirm and post orders, access tracking data.
• Quality & Safety - maintain proper storage, inventory control, and a clean work area.
• Team Support - act as backup for other office personnel when needed.
