Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred shipping experience, forklift capability, and basic SAP/Microsoft Office skills. Relocation support may be available and advancement opportunities exist within a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a shipping environment handling customer orders is preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
• General knowledge of shipping procedures is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of shipping paperwork including purchase orders, return authorizations, and delivery notes with accuracy.
• Direct movement of shipments from receiving to storage areas and schedule inbound/outbound loads.
• Provide timely updates to carriers, logistics partners, and customers; coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Use SAP to print pick lists, confirm/post orders, and access key shipment details.
• Maintain proper storage, inventory control, and a clean, safe work area.
