ASR Group in Baltimore, MD seeks a Shipping Clerk to manage clerical tasks in the Shipping Department, coordinate trucking and customer inquiries, and back up truck scheduling. You will work with SAP, prepare paperwork, and ensure accurate order processing.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy shipping office. Experience in a shipping environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• 3 years shipping office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sign up all packaging drivers and verify loading doors.
• Record driver details and check order accuracy.
• Enter orders into SAP and manage scale passes.
• Prepare paperwork and certificates of analysis when needed.
• Post inbound/outbound shipments in SAP and file records.
• Assist customer inquiries and coordinate with Shipping team.
