Copeland in Forney, TX is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage daily shipments, coordinate carriers, and maintain accurate shipping records. You will handle Bills of Lading, packing slips, and ensure timely pickups while collaborating with dock staff and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution center experience.
• ERP/shipping systems proficiency (Oracle, iPlan or similar).
• Experience with load planning and WMS preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily shipments of finished goods, raw materials, and special freight.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, packing slips, and other shipping documents; verify shipments.
• Schedule carrier pickups for LTL, TL, and other freight.
• Monitor trailer utilization to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track shipments and maintain system records; report on performance.
• Coordinate with Reynosa, MX shipping/receiving team for RMAs.
• Manage flow of incoming/outgoing shipments; schedule drivers.
• Serve as main dock contact; prioritize loading/unloading.
• Log and track shipments for inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet productivity targets and safety standards.
• Uphold safety and operational standards in the warehouse.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, 3PLs; ensure timely pickups.
• Liaise between shipping, warehouse, customer service and transportation teams.
• Support leadership in SOPs and process improvements.
