Coherent Corp. in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Specialist to manage outbound logistics, receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate shipment documentation, ERP/WMS data entry (Oracle), and cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Quality, and Transportation to maintain material flow and compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, inventory control, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience entering transactions into business systems.
• Ability to read and understand purchase orders, packing lists, bills of lading, part numbers, inventory documentation, and shipping instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to learn company ERP/WMS systems and established operating procedures.

Responsabilités

• Pick, stage, pack, label, and prepare materials and finished goods for shipment according to customer, company, and carrier requirements.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, serial/lot information, packaging requirements, and shipping destinations before releasing shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, shipping labels, commercial invoices, and other required documentation.
• Process shipment transactions accurately within the company's ERP, WMS, or shipping systems.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries with transportation providers and internal departments.
• Ensure shipments are completed accurately and on schedule to support customer delivery requirements.
• Track and trace shipments and communicate delays, damages, shortages, or other exceptions.
• Support domestic and international shipments, including required export documentation, when applicable.
• Follow established procedures for hazardous materials or other regulated shipments when properly trained and authorized.
