Job summary

Seatex LLC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Pasadena, TX to manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare Bills of Lading, and maintain accurate shipping records. You will support warehouse verification, paperwork processing, and customer inquiries in a fast-paced, just-in-time environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 1–2 years in logistics, and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of logistics and manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience creating Bills of Lading.
• Minimum 1–2 years of shipping and receiving.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy.
• Above-average computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
• Experience with an order entry system or database software preferred.
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team player able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing product shipments.
• Create Bills of Lading.
• Enter receiving/shipping paperwork into inventory system.
• Assist warehouse in verifying incoming shipments.
• Print paperwork and labels for shipments.
• Maintain orderly paperwork processing and records.
• Update database with shipment information.
• Interact with customers to provide shipment details.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Quality on returns.
• Scale inbound/outbound trucks and manage visitor logs.
