Job summary

Copeland LP is hiring a Shipping Coordinator in Forney, Texas. You will manage daily shipments, prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier pickups, and coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years of shipping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of shipping/warehouse/distribution center experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle, iPlan, or similar ERP/shipping systems.
• Experience in load planning and WMS (Manhattan Scale WMS).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping of finished goods and raw materials, manage Bills of Lading, packing slips, and carrier pickups.
• Support dock activities, scheduling, and warehouse flow while maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, and 3PLs to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, and assist with SOPs and process improvements.
