Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to manage shipping operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise personnel, adjust staffing, coach associates, and monitor key metrics to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires an associate degree in logistics or related field, 3–5 years in warehousing, bilingual Spanish preferred, and proficiency with routing/dispatch software and MS Office. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of routing and dispatch software systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Forklift license/certification and ability to assist loading/unloading trucks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of shipping personnel to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to processes.
• Adjust labor to the workload and plan staffing accordingly.
• Coach and develop associates and provide feedback.
• Maintain Gemba, Kaizen, and 6S board in the area.
• Prepare daily management reports and metrics.
• Recruit, interview, and make selection recommendations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with the ERP system and shipping records.
• Ensure compliance with hazmat regulations and other government agencies.
