Shipfusion seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead a brand-new fulfillment center, driving efficiency and employee engagement. You will manage 10–50 warehouse staff, align with leadership on service goals, and implement best practices for daily operations.

The role emphasizes safety, performance, and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. Strong English communication is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading an operations team in a warehouse
• Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of 10 to 50 employees
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction by directing a team of warehouse employees
• Achieve operational goals and service levels with the leadership team
• Find creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment with policy compliance
• Direct and manage the team to promote equality and value for members
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while meeting service levels
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Account Manager teams to meet client deliverables
• Oversee changing client needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling
• Lead a productive, engaged team and remove obstacles to drive efficiency
• Support new client onboarding and fulfillment processes
• Perform other duties as needed
