Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to budget, safety programs, and OSHA/local regulations.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Recruit, train, and manage performance of direct reports; provide coaching and development.
• Report timely and comply with deadlines and meetings.
