Job summary

WEG Electric Corp is seeking a Shipping Clerk to process small part and LTL shipments and support the logistics team in Texas. The role involves accurate documentation, timely scheduling, and close collaboration across departments to ensure on-time delivery and precise tracking.

Responsibilities include preparing BOLs, maintaining records, and assisting carriers with shipment information. A High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of warehouse shipping experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Process small part & LTL shipments, processing in timely and accurate manner.
• Understand the logistics process and procedure.
• Monitors age and status of open freight shipments and follow-up on issues as needed.
• Files and processes paperwork in accordance with the established procedures.
• Schedules trucks through systems such as SAP and TMS.
• Keeps accurate records on outgoing shipments.
• Works closely with other departments to ensure timely shipments of all products and accurate tracking in operation system.
• Prepares shipments including taking pictures, writing Bill of Lading/s (BOL) and other required documentation.
• Assists shipping carriers in tracking and shipment information.
