Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversight of shipping products to customers and internal transfers.
Plan, schedule, execute shipping activities.
Ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery of products.
Process small parcel & LTL shipments.
Understand the logistics process and procedure.
Monitor age and status of open freight shipments.
File and process paperwork.
Schedule trucks through systems such as SAP and TMS.
Keep accurate records on outgoing shipments.
Work closely with other departments.
Prepare shipments including taking pictures, writing Bills of Lading and other required documentation.
Assist shipping carriers in tracking and shipment information.
