Job summary

Schaedler Yesco Distribution is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments accurately, while verifying contents against orders and invoices. You will coordinate carrier pickups and operate shipping software to track shipments and inventory in a fast-paced warehouse.

The position requires attention to detail, good data entry, and the ability to work with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse/shipping/logistics experience preferred.
Experience using shipping software and warehouse systems; data entry proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
Verify contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
Operate shipping software and WMS to track shipments and inventory.
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
Assist with inventory counts and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
