Job summary
Kinetic Personnel Group, Inc. is seeking a reliable Shipping Clerk to support our shipping and receiving operations. This role coordinates the finished goods shipping schedule, maintains shipping records, and schedules carrier appointments to ensure on‑time shipments.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 3–6 months shipping/receiving or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication at all levels.
- Basic computer skills and data entry in business systems.
- Experience with EPICS or similar ERP systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the daily finished goods shipping schedule.
- Schedule carrier appointments and loading times to balance priorities.
- Enter and maintain shipping information in the company database.
- Verify shipment quantities and documentation prior to shipment.
- Monitor order status and due dates to ensure timely shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
