Job summary
Justrite Safety Group is seeking a detail-oriented shipping coordinator for our Moselle facility. You will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily transportation support, manage shipping orders, schedule carriers, and ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments.
The role requires a minimum of two years shipping experience, proficiency in Excel and Access, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years shipping experience.
- Proficient in Excel; comfortable with data entry and analysis.
- Familiarity with international and domestic shipping requirements/regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate across teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily transportation support at the Moselle facility.
- Enter and process shipping orders in software and mainframe systems.
- Schedule carrier pickups and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, NAFTA).
- Obtain freight quotes and route orders per customer requirements (Grainger, Amazon).
- Maintain records and routing guides; support freight claims and billing data entry.
