Job summary

Justrite Manufacturing Company L.L.C. Moselle facility seeks a Shipping Coordinator to assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily transportation support, including organizing shipping orders, routing shipments, and scheduling carriers.

You will interact with Customer Service, Traffic, Purchasing, Warehouse, and MIS teams daily. The role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, timely shipments, and effective communication with freight providers.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years shipping experience.
• Knowledge of international and domestic shipping requirements & regulations.
• Computer literate, preferably experienced in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and processing shipping orders in the software and mainframe network.
• Schedule carriers and arrange pick-ups with freight providers.
• Enter shipping information and generate required shipping documentation (proforma invoices, commercial invoices, origin certificates, NAFTA).
• Coordinate with Corporate Customer Service, Traffic, Purchasing, Warehouse and MIS teams.
• Maintain records and track shipments, freight charges, and claim handling.
