Job summary

Qualifications

• Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and manage storage and organization within the distribution center.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and properly store items in designated locations.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, coordinating with logistics and customer service as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving reports and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Generate regular inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends or issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory control processes and efficiency.
• Follow safety regulations and warehouse protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
