Job summary

Ericson Manufacturing in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our production team. The role involves removing parts from the warehouse and delivering them to Manufacturing or Shipping, and using equipment like tow motors or reach trucks to move heavier parts.

This hands-on position requires counting parts for accuracy, housekeeping, and safe operations. Training is provided, and previous warehousing experience is a plus. Shift is 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Mon–Thu.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to accurately select and count parts.
• Prior warehousing experience preferred.
• Able to learn basic computer screens.

Responsibilities

• Remove parts from the warehouse and deliver to the Manufacturing or Shipping departments.
• Return or move parts from the Manufacturing department to the warehouse.
• Complete part count requests and inquiries promptly.
• With training, operate tow motor and/or reach truck.
• Assist in unloading parts from delivery trucks as requested.
• Practice good housekeeping and safety by keeping aisles and panels clear and parts organized.
• Communicate with Lead personnel regarding questions or issues.
