Responsibilities

• Coordinates with warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipment of orders.
• Verifies packing lists and prepares bills of lading and other documents as required.
• Works with customer service to resolve or expedite sales orders.
• Confirms or determines method of shipment for sales orders, by using computer to look up, verify, print, or enter data.
• Assists in ordering and creating purchase orders.
• Signs drivers in and notifies warehouse employees for dock assignment.
• Arranges outbound pick up appointments with carriers.
• Operates office machines such as calculating, fax, copy machines, and PC.
• Adheres to the Code of Business Ethics and supports a harassment-free workplace.
• Other duties as assigned.
