Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and import/export documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple shipments, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Beyond Studios is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to oversee domestic and international shipping for merchandise and apparel production. This role manages shipments from manufacturers to warehouses, clients, fulfillment centers, and events, ensuring products arrive on time, within budget, and with proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international shipments, including air freight, ocean freight, ground transportation, and courier services.
• Obtain and compare shipping quotes, negotiate rates, and manage freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Coordinate shipment pickups, delivery schedules, tracking, and customs documentation.
• Work with production teams, manufacturers, and warehouses to ensure shipments align with production timelines and client deadlines.
• Manage import duties, tariffs, shipping invoices, and logistics budgets.
• Track inventory, coordinate warehouse deliveries, and troubleshoot delayed, lost, or damaged shipments.
