Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to ensure accurate, timely shipment of products for customers. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage carrier logistics, and prepare shipping documents.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in shipping/logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with shipping software and MS Office. This role supports inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associate degree preferred in logistics or related field.
• 2+ years shipping, logistics or warehouse coordination experience.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping methods and documentation; strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate outgoing shipments domestically and internationally.
• Prepare shipping documentation: packing lists, bills of lading, export docs, labels.
• Communicate with carriers to arrange pickups and track shipments.
• Verify order accuracy and update inventory systems reflecting shipped goods.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, export/import, and hazmat rules.
• Provide shipment updates to internal teams and customers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely shipment of products for our customers. This role will coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage logistics with carriers, prepare shipping documentation, and support inventory accuracy—all while contributing to smooth supply chain operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate outgoing shipments (domestic & international) based on production schedules and customer orders.
• Prepareshippingdocumentation(packinglists,billsoflading,exportdocuments,labels). Communicate with carriers to arrange pickups, resolve issues, and track shipments.
• Verifyorderaccuracyandupdateinventorysystemstoreflectshippedgoods.
• Ensurecompliancewithregulations(DOT,OSHA,export/importrequirements,hazardous materials).
• Troubleshootshippingdelays,errors,ordamagedgoods;coordinatereturnsorreplacements. Monitor and help optimize shipping costs.
• Provide shipment updates to internal teams and customers.

Qualifications:
