Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; English preferred.
• Experience coordinating with drivers and handling shipping paperwork.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Excel, Word, email).
• Ability to lead and coordinate with team members.
• Bilingual and reliable transportation preferred as needed.

Responsibilities

• Good reception and communications with the drivers.
• Coordinate with team to complete activities.
• Receive trucks and check paperwork.
• Assist loading process as needed.
• Assist in physical inventory and housekeeping 6S.
• Check in/out for drivers and photograph trucks.
• Support other internal Material department areas as needed.
