Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, shipping, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments using carriers, freight providers, and delivery services.
• Communicate with customers about shipment schedules, status, and inquiries.
• Support order entry, maintenance, and related customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate shipping, billing, and records; ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with teams to improve workflow and address issues.
