Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with carriers, obtain quotes, and schedule pickups.
• Track shipments, communicate schedules, and provide status updates to customers.
• Process payments, invoices, and billing related to shipments and orders.
• Collaborate with customer service, production, shipping, and accounting teams.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
