Job summary

Socket.dev in Los Angeles is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for order processing, invoicing, shipping, and data entry, connecting office and warehouse teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure orders move smoothly from processing to shipment and invoicing.

Experience with FedEx shipping software and ERP/WMS systems is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of administrative, order-processing, shipping, billing, or warehouse coordination experience.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager or similar shipping software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders from processing to final shipment.
• Create shipping labels and documentation; verify addresses and tracking.
• Process customer invoices and reconcile discrepancies with shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, shipments, and related data.
• Coordinate with warehouse floor to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Provide professional customer service by email and phone.
