Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services, LLC. is seeking a Shipping Clerk to create documentation for shipping and ensure carts are assembled correctly for customer orders.

You will manage tickets, coordinate with production and the upstairs office, and help prepare delivery manifests to keep shipments moving smoothly. This role requires basic computer skills, good recordkeeping and analytical abilities to determine cart requirements.

Qualifications

• The ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation.
• High School Education or GED preferred
• Basic computer knowledge and the willingness to learn new computer applications
• Excellent recordkeeping skills
• Good analytical skills to be able to determine number of carts required for orders

Responsibilities

• Accurately make all tickets for all accounts.
• Closing at the scale in the production plant.
• Handle all communication with upstairs office to ensure that all daily accounts have been received and/or accounted for.
• Ensure that all COG accounts/items have been filled correctly every day.
• Distribute linen items and update bin tickets to ensure packing accuracy.
• Direct shipping and dock employees to ensure smooth, speedy, and accurate filling of orders and loading of trucks.
• Prepare Delivery Manifests once a full order is completed and print final bin tickets.
• Lead by example and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
