Qualifications

• 3–5 years of shipping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Pace Jet and NetSuite experience preferred.
• Some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outbound shipments meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, shipping manifests, license plates, customs paperwork).
• Delegate daily shipping assignments.
• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, contractors, customers and have them sign in accordingly.
• Address and communicate any shipping issues or delays.
• Monitor shipping reports to ensure all orders ship on time.
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly shipping updates.
• Ensure all fulfillments are completed before shipping orders.
• Direct inbound deliveries to appropriate areas for processing.
• Safely operate PIT equipment.
• Attend required meetings and training.
• Cross-train team members on shipping processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, 6S, OSHA programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
