Job summary

JBS USA is hiring a Shipping Lead for the Glendale, OH area. This role leads a warehouse team, ensures safe and efficient shipping, and coordinates with multiple departments to meet targets. It requires hands-on supervision, GMP/SQF knowledge, and strong English communication.

The position involves training, policy enforcement, and collaboration with IT for E21 SOPs. The candidate must operate standard warehouse equipment and maintain a safe, organized facility in a cold processing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SQF, GMP and HACCP certification preferred.
• Able to operate all warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shipping team to meet targets on a safe, efficient basis.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, warehouse and quality teams.
• Provide training and enforce company policies and GMP standards.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage and issue of supplies and products.
• Inspect shipments for damage and conformity; report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment; input data and generate reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Serve as liaison between floor operations and IT (E21).
• Suggest improvements to storage, inventory and warehousing procedures.
