Job summary

JBS USA is seeking an hourly Shipping Lead Team Member. The role starts at $22.50 per hour with a $1 shift differential.

You will oversee a warehouse team to achieve targets, coordinate cross-department activities, and ensure GMP and SQF standards are followed in a cold, food-processing environment. The role requires leadership, supervisory experience in a plant setting, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; SQF/GMP/HACCP certification.
• Ability to operate all warehouse functions including unloading, putaway and loading of trucks.
• 1+ year supervisory experience; 3+ years in warehouse processes; English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team to meet warehouse targets safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate activities with procurement, maintenance, warehouse and QA to sustain results.
• Train and guide team; enforce GMP/SQF compliance and proper sanitation.
• Manage shipping, receiving, storage and issuing of supplies and products.
• Follow SOPs (E21) and report deviations; liaise with IT for floor support.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas; ensure proper inventory practices.
