Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to coordinate activities of employees preparing, verifying and maintaining shipment records and inventory control. You will supervise multiple shifts and drive efficiency while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and coordination with cross-functional teams to maintain production schedules and compliance with USDA/FSIS requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of management experience.
• Experience in shipping inventory and logistics.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety.
• Read and analyze production schedules, records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Directs shipping operations and personnel to meet processing standards and control costs.
• Establishes shift schedules and ensures material requisition and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinates with plant functions to improve output, productivity and quality.
• Supervises and trains area supervisors to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Promotes a safe working environment and maintains relations with USDA/FSIS.
