Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking an hourly Shipping Lead Team Member in Mason, OH to manage and guide a warehouse team on shipping, receiving, and inventory control. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and efficient warehouse operations on a production floor.

The ideal candidate will oversee floor activities, train staff on policies, and coordinate with procurement and quality teams to meet daily targets. The position includes benefits and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Must have SQF, GMP, and HACCP certification.
• Experience supervising in a plant or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of employees to achieve business results.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Provide training on company policies, rules and safety standards.
• Lead shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of supplies and products.
• Ensure GMPs, SQF, and safety procedures are followed.
• Serve as liaison between floor operations and IT support for the E21 system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
