Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a Shipping Lead Team Member to oversee a team in the Mason, OH facility. The role starts at $22.50 per hour with a $1 shift differential, offering benefits and opportunities for growth. You will manage shipping and receiving, maintain safety practices, and coordinate with procurement and QA to meet targets.

The position emphasizes leadership on the warehouse floor, adherence to GMP and SQF, and driving efficient, compliant operations daily.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience in a plant or warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of GMP, SQF and safety procedures is preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, storage and issuing of goods.
• Lead a team, coordinate with procurement, maintenance and quality teams.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with SOPs and policies.
