Job summary

JBS USA is seeking an hourly Shipping Lead Team Member to oversee a warehouse team on site in a fast-paced processing facility. The role includes coordinating shipping, receiving, and inventory activities to meet targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SQF, GMP, HACCP certification preferred.
• Experience with warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of supplies, materials, and products.
• Coordinate warehouse activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Provide training and guidance to assigned team members.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF compliance on the floor.
