Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Shipping Lead to oversee outbound shipping operations in our Houston warehouse. You will manage the daily flow of goods, verify documentation, and supervise a small shipping team to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include carrier coordination, reporting, and enforcing safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners to support efficient, scalable shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in shipping/warehouse.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with shipping software and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify bills of lading, packing lists, and labels for accuracy.
• Lead, train, and mentor the shipping team.
• Coordinate pickups with carriers and resolve issues.
• Maintain shipment records and generate performance reports.
• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance.
