Sungrow in Houston is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support outbound logistics operations, manage inventory transfers between warehouses, and oversee freight invoice processing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination.
• Experience with trucking carriers and 3PL warehouses.
• Proficiency in Excel; Airtable is a plus.
• Experience with international shipping documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Send daily shipment emails with tracking numbers and BOLs.
• Monitor tracking and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Obtain PODs within 48 hours and upload for tracking.
• Investigate transport issues: lost/missing items, delays, discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers on damage claims and rescheduling.
• Communicate delivery status to customers and corrective actions.
• Create Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for international shipments.
• Collaborate with Trade Compliance and carriers for cross-border clearance.
• Coordinate with Sales, SAP team, and customers on shipment execution.
• Receive and process inventory transfer requests between warehouses.
• Schedule transfers with 3PL warehouses and monitor status.
• Review and reconcile monthly freight charge reports.
• Submit invoices through Airtable for AP processing.
• Maintain freight cost records and resolve discrepancies.
