Job summary

Envision LED Lighting is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Operations Lead to oversee daily outbound shipping and help lead our warehouse team. This hands-on role requires managing high-volume shipping, coordinating carriers, and ensuring orders leave on time with accuracy.

You will organize daily workloads, verify documents, and contribute to continuous improvement in safety, 5S and lean practices while supporting inventory and cycle counts.

Qualifications

5+ years in warehouse, shipping or logistics with leadership experience.
Experience with high-volume outbound shipping and carriers.
Proficient with WMS/ERP systems and inventory control.
Forklift certification and equipment operation experience.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Lead daily picking, packing, staging, palletizing and outbound shipping.
Assign workloads and priorities to warehouse associates.
Coordinate LTL, FTL, parcel carriers, and shipment schedules.
Prepare and verify BOLs, packing slips, shipping labels and docs.
Track shipments and resolve freight or shipping discrepancies.
Support receiving, replenishment, inventory movement and cycle counts.
Train and coach warehouse staff on procedures and safety.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse.
