Job summary
TelyRx, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Lead to coordinate daily shipping workflows and lead a team of Shipping Associates in our Irving, Texas facility. The role combines hands-on fulfillment with scheduling, staffing, and process improvements to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.
You will train new hires, monitor carrier pickups, and liaise with the operations team to meet customer delivery expectations. This role supports peak season planning and emphasizes safety and quality in every shipment.
Qualifications
- Must-have tested leadership abilities with peer influence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfillment.
- Comfort with shipping software, carrier portals, or warehouse systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day shipping operations while remaining hands-on in fulfillment.
- Coordinate workload distribution and labor priorities to meet daily targets.
- Pack, process, ship and audit shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Monitor carrier pickups and ensure on-time tendering of shipments.
- Train and onboard new Shipping Associates on processes and safety.
