Job summary

Charles River Laboratories is seeking a detail‑oriented Sample Management Associate to compile documentation, package biological samples for shipping, and manage inventory within the Sample Management group.

You will log samples, ensure GLP-compliant documentation, and coordinate with study directors and sponsors to track shipments and storage conditions. No degree is required, but one year of life science lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year life science lab experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Package biological samples and ensure required documentation for shipment.
• Log samples in/out of storage and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain GLP compliance and SOP adherence in all duties.
