Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Packager to support the packing, labeling, and shipping of sample kits. You will assemble kits, manage supplies, and maintain organized shipping areas in a lab/office setting.

The role requires strong attention to detail and basic computer skills, with a Monday–Friday shift from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Mount Juliet, TN. Prior lab or shipping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred with related experience.
• Experience in lab or office setting is a plus.
• Ability to learn shipping policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pulls orders from system and prioritizes by deadlines.
• Assembles kits per guidelines and instructions.
• Maintains and stocks supplies for operations.
• cleans coolers and prepares for shipment
• Supports shipping policies and logs/documentation
