Job summary

Discover Echo in San Diego is seeking a Shipping and Inventory Specialist to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting Kanban replenishment and material tracking.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack and process customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation.
• Coordinate shipments through parcel and freight carriers.
• Track and trace shipments and resolve delivery issues.
• Receive inbound materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Stock received materials in designated inventory locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
